Starting June 10-August 9, you will commit to completing 50 or 100+ miles according to your personal fitness level and goals. (Register by June 9 

Cost: $25 

The challenge is easy: log your distance traveled during your cardio workouts such as walk/run, elliptical, rowing, bike/spin, and SWIM. 

A calendar will be available at the front desk upon registration and will be hung in our main hallway for you to keep track and see others’ progress! 

Registering and participating will enter you into fun drawings with Y swag prizes along the way!  

At the end of the challenge for every 50 miles you have logged, you will receive 1 raffle ticket for our Grand Prize! 

The Grand Prize is a 1-month free membership AND a 30-minute personal training session!  

Use this summer challenge to motivate you and help you get back to a fitness routine that includes working out 3-4 times per week!
