A unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through use of a chair. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more support and stability. This class is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions. Chair Yoga is perfect for those with physical challenges who find it difficult to get on and off the floor as required for a traditional yoga class.
