Childcare Services Director for Indiantown

Phalysha has worked in the childcare field for 25 years, 10 of those years have been with the YMCA in Indiantown. She calls the YMCA her home and  says, “the YMCA holds a special place in my heart because of the families, children and staff. Listening to their laughs, cries, jokes, and most of all their hilarious stories, it can break you down in tears. I would not give it up for world. We are a community that sticks together whether it’s through the good or the bad”. Phalysha says she loves caring for children, keeping them safe and helping build their minds.
