Stuart Executive Branch Director

Heather is an experienced leader with a deep commitment to the YMCA’s mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Throughout her professional life, Heather has held various leadership positions. Most recently serving in local Branch Management at Seacoast and Truist banks of Jensen Beach before returning to the YMCA family where she previously served as a Program Director at the YMCA of the Treasure Coast. 

Heather began her career at the YMCA as a part-time afterschool counselor in 2001. Her son, Joseph, attended our Teddy Bear Academy while she worked part-time and attended Indian River State College to earn her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Joseph went on to attend our Summer Camp and Afterschool programs and later participated in our Youth In Government program in high school.  

In her current role as Executive Director of the YMCA of the Treasure Coast, Heather is excited to continue with a proven track record of success in building strong teams, fostering collaborative partnerships, and achieving organizational goals.

Heather is particularly dedicated to expanding access to childcare for working families, promoting youth leadership programs, and creating healthy living initiatives for underserved communities.
Heather is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others and is committed to ensuring that the YMCA remains a vital resource for the community.
