Essential Functions:
Manages, directs, and coordinates the school age childcare programs for assigned location. Assists with developing, managing, and controlling budgets related to the position. Ensures program operates within budget and that program fees are collected. Qualifications:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Increase and retain youth and family engagement across all YMCA programs, services, and locations.
- Assist in the marketing and distribution of program information internally and externally.
- Elevate the YMCA member experience through the incorporation of quality youth and family programs and services into existing YMCA programs and services.
- Compile program statistics. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of and participation in programs.
- Develop and monitor program budgets to meet fiscal objectives.

Job Description:
Wellness Floor Staff greet members by name and are sociable and approachable. They take initiative to develop professional relationships with members so that they feel welcome and encourage them to participate in group exercise classes as well as other YMCA programs. They are responsible for maintaining a clean fitness floor by wiping down equipment, dusting, and vacuuming as needed.

Must have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. CDA credential is required.
Responsibilities:
The VPK teacher implements curriculum within the established guidelines. Supervises the children, classroom, and all activities.
