Lily Tysinger

Lily Tysinger serves as the Director of Development for the YMCA of the Treasure Coast, bringing both professional expertise and a lifelong connection to the Y’s mission. Lily grew up at the YMCA of the Treasure Coast, where she played volleyball, participated in Youth in Government, and built lasting relationships that shaped her passion for service and leadership. She even began her career at the Y as a lifeguard, giving her a firsthand understanding of the impact the YMCA has on young people and families.

With over eight years of experience in nonprofit development, communications, and community engagement, Lily has led successful fundraising efforts, major events, and strategic initiatives across local and statewide organizations. She is passionate about building meaningful donor relationships and strengthening programs that ensure everyone in the community has access to the life-changing opportunities the YMCA provides.

Lily is proud to return to the organization that helped shape who she is today and is committed to advancing the YMCA of the Treasure Coast’s mission for generations to come.
