The YMCA F.I.T. Academy is a program designed to engage children in moderate to vigorous physical activity through a series of challenging games, drills, and developmental exercises. In addition, although there will be little or no formal lectures, the staff will conduct ongoing conversations with the participants to discuss topics related to making informed decisions regarding their health and wellness. Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 11:30am – 12:30pm. The scheduled dates (Tuesdays) will coincide with the regular Martin County Public School System calendar. Classes are free to members and $10 drop-in rate per class for non-members or $25 per month pre-paid for non-members. AGES 4+
Homeschool Sports
The City of Stuart’s Community Services Department – Recreation Division is offering Homeschool Sports for all students K-12 every Thursday 11:30am – 12:30pm. $15 per sport for 3 sessions or $5 per session drop-in fee. For more information, call 772-288-5340.
