This 4 week training series will help your athlete get right back into Sports Mode! With one weekly Sports Training and one weekly Conditioning Class, this is the perfect series to supplement your current Sports routine or bridge the gap until your next season!
Ages 9-14 years old
Session Dates: October 3rd – October 27th
Sports Training on Mondays 6pm – 7pm
Conditioning Training on Thursdays 6pm – 7pm
Sport Conditioning will be taught by Certified Trainer, Seth Gill, B.S., ISSA in Strength and Conditioning
